Timing Table
Documents
are papers that constitute physical evidence of our
own existance.
Without
it property and law would not existe.
It
support many human, administrative, fiscal, legal, scientific,
religious activitiesactivities.
Any
document inside a company should be treated as an asset,
as it may eventually define vital issues for the company
and/or save it from fines due to the absence of proof
of certain fiscal or legal formalities.
However,
in order to be useful, documents must be properly and
respectfully treated, for any document has its lifetime,
whether it is fiscal, work, administrative, proof of
rehearsal, etc. After its due date the document may
be excluded giving space others that need to be kept
for sometime, according to legislation, internal normativez,
etc.
This
is what the Document Timing Table is all about:
a timing definition for documents inside the files,
depending on the need it may have, and/or activities
that they depend, between active, intermediate and inactive
files.
With
safety, access levels and available on the network and
on the web.
