Without ever having stopped adding emotion and fantasy
to the world in which we live, Manoel Costa, in his
works, always cared about the human side. His creative
expression transcends to a concept of reality, fruits
of a desire to construct, which he has been doing throughout
his career. Conditioning color to tonal balance, the
version that he presents of things is entirely personal
